You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund only if the return was an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).
You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. Production and shipment typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on order complexity.
